December Winter Solstice Edition: A Cozy Walk in the Park
Join HARTA on Sunday, December 13 at 4:00 PM at LC Nature Park in Roanoke for a special Winter Solstice Hot Cocoa & Cider Walk!
HARTA is partnering with LC Nature Park to offer a free walk for Huntington County residents and HARTA followers. Our walk will be led by Annika Rae, who will share the history of the park and introduce us to some of the amazing animals they care for, including elk and bison.
We’ll enjoy a guided walk, learn more about this special place and its animals, and then warm up afterward with hot cocoa and cider.
Bundle up, wear comfortable shoes, and join us for a cozy afternoon celebrating winter, nature, animals, and community!
It’s FREE to register. Sorry, NO DOGS ALLOWED at this hike due to the wildlife.
